History

Remember a couple decades ago? Maybe you do and maybe you don’t. Companies used to have only a few avenues of advertising and communication with their clients. They produced commercials, brochures and newspaper and magazine spreads. But today’s a whole different ballgame.

With the rapid expansion and diffusion of social media, the possibilities for internal and external engagement are unlimited! Your target audience won’t accept a one-sided approach to doing business anymore. They want to hear directly from you, through Twitter, Facebook, Foursquare and the myriad of other social media platforms that are available. Agile Dudes offers solutions for companies baffled by the extensive list of options and the continually shifting ground of social media.

Our company was built and grown by Social Media Experts, recognized internationally for their academic and real-life knowledge. We’re speaking, of course, about Dr. James Norrie and John Lennie (Owner and Developer of Site Dudes, the largest website provider in Canada).

Agile Dudes was born and nurtured in its infancy, as part of Site Dudes, which as been around for over ten years and has clients in every state and every province in Canada and the United States. More recently, Agile Dudes has become incorporated as its own entity.

The development of Agile Dudes was a result of being in the internet space for a long period of time and observing that our clients were seeking social media solutions. We started offering them answers and eventually enhanced the visibility of the work we were undertaking. John Lennie also became a shareholder for Speechbobble in 2009 and decided to offer the white-label social networking platform to his clients. While doing so, he observed his clients needed more help and preparation for integration with social media. He began offering many more solutions and Agile Dudes really took off from there with Rogers Communications Inc, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the Peel District School Board all utilizing our expertise.

Agile Dudes looks forward to the next phase of our company as we’re continually changing and evolving to meet the demands of the fluctuating world of social media.
